30 Day Policy

If you qualify for a refund of your deposit, as outlined in the conditions herein, our policy allows for refunds 30 days from the date you make an initial deposit and prior to closing. 

Should your purchase take longer than 30 days to close, your deposit is non-refundable except for cases where there are title objections.

Refund Requests Must Be In Writing

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us as soon as possible and in writing in order to prevent incurring any non-refundable costs associated with the transaction. In order for the refund to be approved, you must receive confirmation that we have received your request.

Necessary Documents

If a refund is requested and approved, you will be required to complete any documentation necessary to terminate the sale. If you cannot or are not willing to complete and execute such documents, a refund cannot be processed.
