• Are there any hidden closing fees?
No. Our seasoned team handles all closings so we can save you money. If a buyer wants to close using a title company we are happy to accommodate, but the buyer will pay all associated title, escrow, and closing fees.
• Does Liberty Land finance properties?
Not at this time. We are working on options to provide buyers with financing options in the future, so check back with us down the road.

Most rural vacant land parcels have few restrictions, however this varies from county to county, so please check with the local county regarding your intended property use.
• How do I buy a property from Liberty Land?
It is a simple three-step process.

Step 2: Sign the Purchase Agreement: Our staff will email you a purchase and sale agreement for your review and electronic signature.
Step 3: Close on the Property: We will send a request for the final payment, walk you through the closing documents, and send the deed for recording. You just bought your DREAM PROPERTY!
• Why should I buy from Liberty Land instead of a real estate agent?
Real estate commissions are typically 3-10% of the purchase price. When you buy directly from the owner (Liberty Land) you avoid the commission cost. We eliminate the middleman and eliminate closing
costs, passing the savings onto you.
• Is title insurance available?
Yes, at the buyers expense, any property can be closed through a title company and include the issuance of a title policy. If we purchase a property with title insurance we will be happy to provide it.
• Do I need a real estate agent or attorney?
No. Real estate agents are not a legally required party in a land transaction. We buy and sell properties how it was done for decades before the real estate industry complicated it to justify their commissions. We sell most of our properties without attorney or real estate agent involvement. If a buyer is interested in professional counsel, we are happy to answer any questions, however all counsel fees are responsibility of the buyer.
